Clear answers about access, protection and billing
Do managers need the Instagram password?
No. Only the owner connects the source through Meta authorization. Managers work inside Peleng and never receive the password, OAuth access or source token.
Which contact details are protected?
Text protection covers usernames, phone numbers, email addresses, external links and messenger-style contact references across messages, translations and related system fields.
Is the protection absolute?
No security control can fully prevent a person from taking a screenshot or reading contacts embedded in an image. Peleng reduces text-based leakage, blocks outgoing attempts and creates accountability through the owner’s journal.
What if the manager already writes in the client’s language?
Peleng sends the original message unchanged when translation is not required. When it is required, translation happens before long messages are split into Instagram-sized parts.
What happens when a closed client writes again?
A new incoming DM returns a “Not a lead” or “Sale completed” conversation to the active workspace as a new sales opportunity.
Are the web and Android versions connected?
Yes. They use the same Peleng account, cabinets, backend and database, so the team can switch between web and Android without losing state.
How do the trial and payment work?
Eligible new subscribers receive five free days. Web subscriptions are paid by bank card through OCTO; Android subscriptions are handled by Google Play.
